Description of Casa del Sol 247
- Casa del Sol 247 is a recently renovated property located in Playa del Inglés, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, in a quiet complex, with a shared pool and 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people.
- Casa del Sol 247 is perfect for families, since it has all kinds of services within walking distance, its privileged location a few meters from supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers is one of its best features.
- This bungalow is undoubtedly ideal for the most demanding clients. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer…
- Cozy living room with SmartTV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube…etc.
- The bungalow has air conditioning in the main bedroom and a covered terrace with a large dining table, as well as an outdoor dining room where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
- The main bedroom has a King size bed (180x200cm), the second bedroom has a 135x190cm double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two 90x190cm beds.
- The bungalow has a private outdoor area with sunbeds and a chill out area.
- The complex is located next to the Yumbo shopping center and the Kasbah shopping center, just a 10-minute walk from the beach (Playa del Inglés) and a very short distance from restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, everything you need for a pleasant vacation is just a stone’s throw away! a few minutes walk!

- Personal welcome and delivery of keys until 8:00 p.m.
- Late check in available and on request*.
- Check out before 1pm.
- Second pack of bed linen and towels for stays of more than 7 nights.
- A cot and high chair can be requested for children under 2 years old.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area and therefore parties or any activity that could be disturbing to the neighbors are prohibited.
- Overcrowding due to the number of people hired is strictly prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the houses. Only allowed on terraces or outdoor areas.
- Semi-strict refund policy: full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund as long as you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the start of your stay. After that period, you will get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel when there is less time left, you will not receive a refund.
* Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00: 20€
- From 22:00 to 00:00: 30€
- From 00:00 to 01:30: 50€
